Our Summer School consists of Acting, Musical Theatre and Technical Courses which culminate in a presentation of their group pieces on stage at the Cheltenham Playhouse on the Friday evening for family and friends.
During the first part of the week, students take part in specialised workshops run by professional tutors in acting, singing, dance and movement, voice as well as script work. The second part of the week is dedicated to the end of show performances, led by our professional directors.
Our Technical Course will learn about the various roles undertaken behind the scenes, such as lighting, sound, set design, set construction and special effects.
The Course will finish with a fully costumed production backed up by the technical support of those students on the Technical Backstage Course.
