HADESTOWN TEEN VERSION PRODUCTION IN REHEARSALS

We’re thrilled to be deep into rehearsals for HADESTOWN TEEN EDITION, taking place at the Cheltenham Playhouse from Wednesday 1st – Saturday 4th April! Our talented cast of young performers are working tirelessly, bringing incredible energy, skill, and emotion to every moment of this powerful production. From the stirring songs to the dramatic scenes, it’s been inspiring to watch them grow into their roles and truly inhabit the world of Hadestown.

Hadestown is a modern retelling of the classic myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone, weaving together stories of love, hope, and loss. Orpheus journeys to the underworld to rescue his beloved Eurydice, while the captivating tale of Hades and Persephone unfolds in parallel, exploring themes of power, devotion, and the changing of the seasons. The show’s thrilling score, combining folk, jazz, and haunting melodies, creates an unforgettable atmosphere that will stay with audiences long after the final curtain.
