Classes are designed primarily year 6 and 7 students, which again is structured in our unique Combined class structure.

In speech classes, the students gain valuable communication techniques incorporating vocal clarity, diction, breath control, sight reading and communication. Drama classes refine development of the imagination, characterisation, script and non-scripted performances. In dance, focus is on core strength, flexibility, rhythm and movement within musical theatre numbers. Finally, singing classes incorporate group singing, harmony, individual pitch and tuning and learning and performing popular musical theatre songs for performance within a group.

As well as these individual sections we also aim to give students personal skills such as developing self-confidence, giving students self confidence and a belief in their work and ideas, to come forward and communicate with strength and conviction.

At the end of each school year the class performs in Theatre Studio's Summer Showcase which is held on the main stage at the Playhouse Theatre.
